Whereas:The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution states that “The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed;” and
Whereas:      NY Governor Andrew Cuomo wants to effectively nullify the Second Amendment freedoms of millions of law-abiding gun owners with Senate Bill 1413;” and
Whereas:      This legislation would mandate that I surrender the passwords to my social media and online search engine history to government agents as a condition of applying for a pistol permit; and
Whereas:      This would allow anti-gun government bureaucrats to completely invade my privacy and search through YEARS of my online history looking for any reason they can find to deny me a pistol permit;
Therefore:      On behalf of pro-Second Amendment New Yorkers, I insist you pledge 100% opposition to Senate Bill 1413 or similar legislation!
